Your profile:
Education: You hold a CFC in heavy-duty truck mechanics, agricultural vehicle mechanics, or construction equipment mechanics, and you also have a solid understanding of hydraulics, mechanics, and electrical systems. The masterclass covers knowledge of snow grooming equipment.
Skills: You’re comfortable using MS Office tools and have some experience with administrative tasks.
Interests: You love the mountains and working outdoors—environments you know well—and you’re motivated by the changing rhythm of the seasons and their diversity.
Flexibility: You don't mind working on weekends and during winter break. You also appreciate the freedom to take time off when others are working.
Personal Qualities: You are proactive, dynamic, and enjoy working as part of a team with the company's various departments, as well as working independently.

Your main responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance (oil changes, replacement of wear parts, etc.)
Conduct regular technical inspections to ensure the safety and proper operation of the machines
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical malfunctions
Repair machinery in the event of a breakdown or accident and replace defective parts
Work with suppliers and subcontractors to source spare parts
Maintain the inventory of replacement parts and manage the tools and equipment needed for service calls
Keep up-to-date logs for equipment and completed jobs
Work closely with the grooming team to understand the challenges encountered in the field
Together with your colleagues, you ensure the availability and performance of our snow groomers. Your work directly contributes to the quality of the slopes, safety, and the satisfaction of our guests in the ski area.
