Your Profile
Education: You hold a Federal Certificate of Proficiency (CFC) in computer science, telematics, or electrical engineering, or have completed a program deemed equivalent.
Skills: You’re comfortable using MS Office tools, just as you are with using a harness at heights or putting on skis or a snowboard. You’re capable of performing first-level diagnostics and troubleshooting, and you have a good understanding of networks.
Interests: You love the mountains and working outdoors—environments you know well—and you’re motivated by the changing rhythms of the seasons and the variety they offer. You’re a pragmatic, responsive, and solution-oriented person.
Flexibility: You don't mind working on weekends and during the winter holidays. You also appreciate the freedom to take time off when others are working.
Personal qualities: You are proactive, energetic, and enjoy working both as part of a team and independently.

Key Responsibilities
Support and Operations
Provide first-level IT support to users and the company's various departments.
Diagnose and resolve common issues related to workstations, peripherals, software, network connections, and ticketing equipment.
Provide operational support for cash registers, access terminals, and other equipment necessary for operations.
Monitor the proper functioning of equipment and network connections in the field and take action in the event of a malfunction.
Installation and Commissioning
Install, connect, configure, and set up workstations, peripherals, and IT equipment.
Assist with the installation and commissioning of ticket counters, access terminals, and ticketing equipment.
Make connections to copper, fiber-optic, wireless, or other networks.
Perform routine computer cabling work.
Maintenance
Perform preventive and first-level corrective maintenance on IT, network, and ticketing equipment.
Perform the inspections and maintenance work necessary to ensure that the facilities continue to operate properly during operation.
Help identify the causes of problems and, when appropriate, suggest simple improvements.
