Account management

Click on the "My account" icon at the top right of the screen.
Click on the "registration ".
Create your account by entering the required information.

Click on the "Finalize my registration" button.

If you have any problems logging into your account, we invite you torequest a new password for your customer account.

How to do it?

Go towww.pds-ch.ch and click on the little man icon at the top right of your screen. You can then click on "Forgot your password?

Do you have a customer account?

Order, then on the "Login" page - "Contact Information" section - check "Join the MY CLUB PDS program" at the bottom of this page.

Don't have a customer account?

Create your customer account, then follow the instructions above.

Membership of My Club PDS allows you to collect Soleils with every ski pass purchase. When you reach 200 Soleils (winter) and 80 Soleils (summer), you get a free Portes du Soleil day pass.

The following methods of payment are accepted:

Espèces: CHF – Euros (Les paiements en Euros se font en billets, les pièces de monnaie ne sont pas acceptées. La monnaie est rendue en CHF. Taux de change fixé par PDS-ch, variable en fonction du cours de l’Euro).

Exchange rates

All packages are sold in CHF. The exchange rate applied at the cash desk for cash payments in Euro is updated regularly to keep pace with market variations.

The exchange rates applied on the terminals for credit card payments or purchases via our online sales site are determined by the companies issuing the payment terminals. PDS-ch has no control over these rates; it is the sole responsibility of the customer to check the conformity of the rates applied in the event of payment in a foreign currency. PDS-ch is in no way responsible for unfavorable exchange rates.

Proceed to your normal package order: select your package and place your order.
In the order summary, enter a coupon or promotional code, then click on the " " buttonuse my code".
Your price advantage is automatically applied to your basket.

No refunds will be made for accidents, illness or other personal reasons. Insurance is offered to cover these risks at the time of online purchase.
