You must present a form of identification, provide a recent, high-quality photo, and pay CHF 5.00 for the smart card.
Only the place of residence is taken into account for eligibility for these benefits.
Transportation tickets are strictly personal and non-transferable. In the event of non-compliance with the terms and conditions, a surcharge of at least CHF 335 may be applied. Partially used or unused passes, whether or not due to the user’s fault, will under no circumstances be refunded by PDS Suisse. Furthermore, no carryovers, transfers of passes, or any other form of compensation will be provided.
Purchasing insurance is strongly recommended.
