For nearly 15 years, Portes du Soleil Suisse SA has been a training partner! In fact, we are pleased to have among our staff Mechatronics apprentices in the ski lift industry.
“Ski lift mechatronics technicians with a Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) (a four-year initial vocational training program) inspect and repair ski lift systems and machinery. This apprenticeship provides solid knowledge in both technical areas (maintenance, repairs, etc.) and organizational matters. Professional guest service is also part of the training.” - Swiss Ski Lifts

In June 2023, Florian Gaspoz completed his apprenticeship as a mechatronics technician specialising in ski lifts with outstanding results (he was the top apprentice in his year in French-speaking Switzerland)!
